REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
The Alberta Safety First requires three business days’ notice for cancellation prior to a course date. If this cancellation policy is not met, payment for the full course will be due. Please expect to receive an invoice.
If you have provided three working days’ notice and have prepaid for a course, you can register into the next available course or receive a full refund.
Alberta Safety First is sometimes forced to cancel courses due to insufficient enrollment or other reasons. Thank you for your understanding.
